Superb pub with extremely helpful, friendly and attentive staff, great beer and magnificent food. Top job by chef Richard who made our lactose intolerant daughter a special meal using soya milk as a substitute. Brilliant, thank you, highly recommended for a meal and a pint. The rest of the food was great too. We were a party of 8 and everyone loved it there. So many menu choices too!

Sadly we don't get to come here very often, but when we do there is always a warm, friendly welcome. The food is awesome, with huge portions but not at the compromise of quality.

Great Pub with really friendly and helpful Staff who accommodated a large group of 30. Food was amazing and would recommend anyone to visit if you are in the area. Great British Pubs do still exist

Enjoyed lovely beer and food in the gardens today. Really attentive staff. Prices reasonable. Gardens well tended and food and drinks were brought out to us. Really nice couple of hours here before a cycle home. Will be back!

Lovely friendly pub and restaurant. Always pleasant. Food has never ever disappointed at all!! Love coming here. Menu is always updated and fresh. What an absolute gem of a place! Highly recommended!! We had the sizzling sweet chilli chicken today and it was immense! I've had in the past the giant fish (it is a giant as well) rib eye steak amd burgers. It has always been spot on!! My friend has a milk allergy amd Richard the chef always pops out to talk through what's the best options for her. Nothing is ever too much!! Plus fantastic prices too!! Thankyou so much for being local to us!!
